La Roca Village is a bit like a casino: its perfectly manicured, pedestrian streets look just like the real thing, but there are few exits, lots of pretty distractions and you end up leaving with an empty wallet.
The shops here are a mix of high-street and high-end brands like Calvin Klein, Havaianas, Burberry and Levi's, as well as several local brands. And each store offers discounts on their previous season's wares by 60 percent or more.
It is about 30 minutes northeast of Barcelona so plan to spend the day shopping and eating here. Pick up a 'Shopping Express' bus that leaves from Plaça de Catalunya five times a day.
