At the forefront of this evolution stands Terminal 2 (T2) at Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru. T2 Bengaluru spans an impressive 255,000 square metres, embracing a unique concept of being a terminal in a garden. This design philosophy pays homage to Bengaluru's identity as the garden city of India, seamlessly integrating nature into every aspect of the terminal's architecture and landscaping.
A standout feature of T2 Bengaluru is the forest-belt, a sprawling expanse of densely planted landscape spanning 90 metres wide. Passengers traverse covered, open-air bridges amidst this verdant oasis, immersing themselves in nature's embrace as they make their way to the gates.

Furthermore, the art program at T2 adds another layer of cultural richness to the terminal experience. Inspired by Karnataka's heritage and Bharata Natyashastra's Naurasa, sixty artworks adorn the terminal, capturing the essence of the region's vibrant culture and emotional depth. From copper sculptures to Bidri art installations and wood puppets, these artworks promise to elevate passengers' journeys with their cultural significance and artistic brilliance.
