Coming to the wildlife sanctuary, it is located 25 k from Karauli. Guests can avail the jeep safaris to explore the region. The sanctuary is home to
Chinkara jackal, wild hog, tiger, panther, hyena, sloth bear, wolf and sambhar among so many winged creatures.
Ideally, the sanctuary is visited from September to March due to the cool weather that prevails during this time of the year. It is open from 10 AM to 5 PM on regular days.
Tourists usually prefer visiting Kailadevi Temple before proceeding towards this sanctuary. The entry fee is INR 5000 for 4 persons, which includes a guide and vehicle.
