One of the many summer supper clubs along the Bosphorus shoreline, Sortie and neighbouring Reina are rivals for the title of top spot. Both are difficult to get in to, have stunning views, great cocktails and a selection of pricey dining options.

Sortie, the smaller and more intimate of the two, has everything from Turkish to Brazilian eateries with the best option being the fish restaurant, Fishmekan. The dance floor doesn't get lively until after midnight, but people spend more time looking to see who's over their shoulder than actually dancing.
