Cool rooftop restaurant with an international edge
Leb-i Derya set the trend for rooftop dining when it opened in Beyoğlu in 2002 and still has some of the best views of any restaurant in the city, especially at sunset. The crowd is chic but casual, the vibe is romantic and the international fusion menu has predominately Italian and Asian influences, with dishes such as parmesan-encrusted sea bass or perennial favourite 40-spice beef fillet. The staff are generally friendly but, like many restaurants in the area, they can be a bit too cool.
