IRCTC has been wooing travellers across the nation by introducing lucrative packages at different destinations to make the most of ongoing holiday season. In order to experience the winter in Himachal Pradesh this season, the Indian Railways is offering a special ‘Himachal Fantasy Tour’ package. The said package includes all the major tourists attractions of the state, and offer a lot to keep one happy.
The tour package covers 3A/SL class train journey, AC room accommodation (according to the itinerary), AC vehicle, sightseeing and excursion, travel insurance, toll taxes, parking taxes as applicable as per the GST. Accommodations will be provided at Shimla, Manali and Chandigarh.
Interestingly, Himachal Pradesh receives a lot of tourists in winters even though the entire state experiences bone-chilling cold from the month of November to March. A lot of regions in Himachal get covered in snow, and that is the time when skiing and other winter adventure sports attract a lot of takers.
