Dating back to 1915, cottage is surrounded by a pretty garden and appears to be an oasis of tranquillity between the bustling markets of Brigade Road and MG Road. Now fully restored, it is run by a friendly Indo-French couple who are generous with travel advice and tips, and also organise package tours for south India.
