Word to the wise: If you can't get a table at Lung King Heen, try the Four Seasons' other Michelin-starred restaurant, the French-themed Caprice.

Dining here is a double whammy: not only do you get to sample dishes from the world's only Cantonese kitchen to be awarded three Michelin stars, but you're also treated to one of the best harbour views in Hong Kong.

Chef Chen Yan Take has won broad acclaim for infusing traditional Cantonese cuisine (known for its simple, earthy qualities) with sharp European flavours, like black truffles and Champagne. Stand-outs include the Xiao Long Bao (steamed buns), filled with exquisite meats and vegetables, and a number of dishes made with high-grade Wagyu beef airlifted from Australia.

Lung King Heen does not accept walk-ins, and often books out months in advance - but last-minute tables do pop up, so telephone them and try your luck.
