Chef Chen Yan Take has won broad acclaim for infusing traditional Cantonese cuisine (known for its simple, earthy qualities) with sharp European flavours, like black truffles and Champagne. Stand-outs include the Xiao Long Bao (steamed buns), filled with exquisite meats and vegetables, and a number of dishes made with high-grade Wagyu beef airlifted from Australia.
Lung King Heen does not accept walk-ins, and often books out months in advance - but last-minute tables do pop up, so telephone them and try your luck.
