Sink into the soft mattresses or even softer sand at the appropriately named ‘Silver Sand’ in Havelock. Wooden cottages sprawl under hardwood trees that lead up to the turquoise waters skirting Beach No. 5. The resort is almost the last one on the main road of Havelock, but delightfully away from the busier part. En route, have a look at the local village homes and the brilliant countryside of Andaman.
