A nondescript stall, Kashyap Kachori Bhandar is more of a surprise. Haridwar’s street food at its best, this stall sells crisp kachoris, usually filled with potatoes and lentils. Spicy and fresh, these are served with thick potato gravy and tamarind sauce. A hearty meal, it is one of the famous breakfast spots for locals as well as tourists. You can see people queuing up for kachoris as early as seven in the morning. Rightly so, since it runs out of food in just a few hours! So you better queue up early in the morning to know why locals love this one with such ardour.
