There's something wonderfully romantic about the terrace of this lakeside restaurant in the Geneva suburb of Corsier. Serving up dishes traditional in the Geneva region, Le Petit Lac offers fish freshly caught in the lake outside the window, as well as fish and meat grilled over a wood fire in winter.

Decor-wise, the dining room has an understated, nautical look, with cabin-like wood-lined walls and pictures of boats, while the terrace is well shaded by mature trees.
