A place that chocolate lovers dream of

Noteworthy for: The house specialty is the pavements of Geneva, thick slabs of rich chocolate that are supposed to resemble paving stones.

Arn Chocolaterie has ways of making you eat more chocolate than you planned. Not only does the shop sell more than 40 kinds of the stuff (which, it should be remembered, the Swiss actually invented), they also have a tea room where they sell slabs of an unusually rich chocolate truffle cake.

Arn makes all its own chocolate, which ranges from chunky bars to individual pralines, all sold in one of the Old Town's prettiest squares.
