Squeezed between little shops on either side, Vidyarthi Bhavan looks most nondescript, but it's the food that will make you a loyalist. Don't bother with a menu, just order the masala dosa – served hot off the pan with a thick crust bordering on caramelised and a delicious aloo stuffing, it's best eaten sans sambar, doused with coconut chutney. Service is prompt, but get there before the food runs out.
