TK’s Oriental Grill at the Hyatt Regency is the best place for contemporary Chinese served Teppanyaki style. Welcoming diners into an earth-tinted wooden decor, specially designed terracotta crockery, coloured marble table tops and gleaming grills, the vibe exuded by the restaurant is that of a trendy eatery. The restaurant offers far eastern cuisine including Indonesian, Japanese and Thai specialties, and the Oriental grill lunch on Sundays includes fresh sashimi, sushi and salads, along with champagne or sake. The drama created by the chefs in action at the teppanyaki counters makes a meal here an experience. Pricey, but worth every rupee.
