A restaurant in Brussels named 65 degrés is winning hearts for not only its amazing food but also for the sweetest gesture ever made! Most of the staff at this Brussels restaurant is affected by Down Syndrome.

The restaurant is named so as 65-degree Celsius is the perfect temperature to cook an egg. The brainchild of four entrepreneurs, this high-end dining establishment takes care of cooking as well as society. The eatery, set in the Belgian capital’s Chatelain district, is renowned for its amazing French-style food and in no time has become the city’s favourite restaurant. It has also earned rave reviews from everyone.

The concept is inspired by restaurant Le Reflet in Nantes. It was the mission of the four co-founders to socially include specially-abled youngsters in their team. Their kitchen is beautiful and the chef here knows his job quite well. Their three-course lunch menu always features a perfectly cooked egg (for starters).
The menu changes each week but the prime highlight of the restaurant apart from food is its always smiling staff. Most of them serve here as waiters and perform their jobs like pros; needless to mention that it is amazing to see them work like this in a social environment with such perfection. They welcome guests with the brightest of smiles.

Every review written about the restaurant mentions how sincere and careful the waiters here are. From handling expensive cutlery with expert attention to serving food on tables, they do everything with utmost care. When here, do make sure that you try their cooked-to-perfection eggs which are served with a mild curry and other things.
