Called Bella La Crema, in the town of Lyons that is 16 miles away from Boulder, it is the first place on earth that is dedicated to butter, with a menu that is alluring, exciting, and most importantly, pokes your curiosity. There are some interesting savoury staples on the menu, such as French Countryside, Ode to Neruda, Holiday Bourbon, and Mayan Chocolate Muse. Ode to Neruda is made with paprika, garlic, onions, and lime, while French Countryside has been produced with rosemary, garlic, thyme, and herbs de Provence.


Bella La Crema, owned by Shauna Lee Strecker, is currently belting out more than 20 flavours, and the best part is that all of them are produced in-house from scratch. The organic cream is produced from grass-fed cows, so with such close attention to details, you can only expect the very best of products.
