This is a great film and Paris is a unique place to visit, especially the film’s director’s manor, Montmartre, so I was very disappointed to hear that most of the internal locations were shot in a German studio. The metro station Amelie escorts the blind man from is Lamarch-Caulaincourt, you’ll know it for the double flights of staris, and the carousel from where Ameile leaves a trail for Nino is located at Place St. Pierre near the Basilica of Sacre-Cour.
