Karavalli means Land by the Shore is an 18 year old seafood speciality restaurant at the Gateway Hotel recreates gourmet recipes from the coastline that stretches from Kerala all the way up to sunny Goa. To recreate the wonderful variety of flavours the chefs are trained in homes across the region to capture these recipes perfectly.
