Sra Bua evokes all the succinctness of Thai flavours, without visually preparing you for it—what you see is definitely not what you get. Expect your curry to come in the form of ice cream and the meat transformed into frozen pearl drops—this is modern molecular gastronomy at its best. Housed within the Siam Kempinski Hotel, Sra Bua means lotus pond, which is the central feature surrounded by Thai antiques and a high ceiling carved from beautiful teak wood.
