Chef Scott Conant is the brains behind this Italian joint tucked in a back corner of the Cosmopolitan Hotel on the third floor, and what he brings to the city is authentic and delicious Italian cuisine. Chef Scott Conant is the brains behind this Italian joint tucked in a back corner of the Cosmopolitan Hotel on the third floor, and what he brings to the city is authentic and delicious Italian cuisine. Plus, the view of the fountains outside is pretty darn good. Settling down into quiet conversation with a significant other is easy here as service is unobtrusive but impeccable. A lovely wine list is presented to each table and Master Sommelier, Paolo Barbieri, is always on hand to help pick out the perfect pairing. What this restaurant is famous for is the chef’s spaghetti, believe it or not people come from all over the world to twirl it around their forks and devour it. The rest of the menu is wonderful as well boasting of dishes such as tender duck, creamy polenta with mushrooms and a stunning sea bass.
