Despite its location inside UB City mall, Shiro covers an expansive area ranging from teppanyaki tables to an outdoor terrace area with beautiful views of the city. The decor is a reflection of the menu—a seamless blend of Japanese, Chinese and Balinese elements, with exceptionally high ceilings and the signature buddha statue towering above all else. We suggest starting with a drink at the plush terrace bar, and proceeding indoors for dinner. Although the sushi is undoubtedly the star of the menu (even the vegetarian section is fresh and delicious), you'd be well advised to leave enough space for the mains.
