It's a must visit place. At times there is so much rush here that one might get astonished, wondering what the crowd is for. But once you have visited, all the questions are answered. When you are craving for a nice treat to satiate your sweet tooth, visit the Pastry Corner to do full justice to that appetite. This one-of-its-kind bakery in Kodaikanal opens its shutters twice during the day to sell its produce fresh from the oven, and the entire stock gets sold out in no time. So, don’t be surprised when you find a crowd of people waiting outside Pastry Corner – it’s all for those wonderful pastries, delish sandwiches, hot samosas, spongy breads, homemade ice creams and fresh filter coffee sold at surprisingly reasonable prices. Pastry Corner is located in the centre of town. We recommend sampling their fresh pear fruit cake.
