This rooftop restaurant in the ITC Maurya hotel offers beautiful views of the ridge, live music an extensive wine list and excellent Chinese fare. Manned by a Singaporean chef, the Delhi restaurant is part of a small chain of award-winning restaurants in Asia. Its interiors follow Zen principles with straight lines, elegant lighting and an aesthetic use of water bodies. Recommended dishes include the lamb shank, fried rice with bacon, fried prawns, baked lobster and potted chicken. It also has two private dining rooms and a small bar lounge.
