Panaji’s Mum’s Kitchen is the ideal place to take a crash course in Goan cuisine. Its menu comprises of traditional recipes, which have been sourced from Hindu, Christian and Portuguese families from all over Goa. There’s a mix of familiar dishes like xacuti, balchao, cafreal, marinated Goan sausages as well as lesser-known gems such as prawn hoonam, uddamethi curry and harem mas.
