With more than a few accolades to its credit, the restaurant’s unique twist lies in its inventive menu that combines classic French cooking techniques with local Indonesian flavours and ingredients. Patrons can choose between the Discovery Menu and the Chef’s Tasting Menu both of which feature elaborate courses. Notable must-haves include the yellow-fin tuna for main course, and the coconut sorbet in the the dessert section. Be prepared to empty your wallet, but it’s well worth the splurge.
