This innovative restaurant serves healthy, organic and Ayurvedic food from five south Indian states. Started in 2014, it has quickly established its place in the dining scene in Pune. The dishes in the menu are marked healthy, diabetic-friendly and high protein food. They include delicious options such as paniyaram khara (Chettinad spiced dumplings), chocolate uniappam, (banana dough filled with chocolate), pavakkai fry (crunchy bitter gourd rings), tumbida badanekai (stuffed brinjals in peanut sauce) and elephant yam. Guests also have the option of customising their own dosa, paratha, salad and idli. In addition, there are fresh juices, cleanses and milkshakes. The restaurant also offers a special grand sattvik thali during the weekends, which is a five course meal with 27 dishes.
