Bombas

Nothing beats a good burger, and Bombas, in the heart of Castello quarter in Cagliari, is the place to go to get a fantastic, mouth-watering one. Located in a nice setting, this informal hamburger restaurant offers revisited versions of the most international food. Only local ingredients (such as local beef, or locally grown potatoes) are used to prepare gourmet burgers which are cooked and grilled to perfection. There is an excellent selection of local beers. The staff here is incredibly kind and welcoming. The lovely restaurant is basically in what looks like a cave under a historic building. Prices are more than reasonable.
