Jaisalmer streets are full of small eateries, rooftop cafes and fine dining restaurants. There’s so much to do and eat that you are always left longing for some more days so you could try and do it all. If I have limited time in Jaisalmer, this is how I would like to spend the day—dedicated to good food. Start with healthy delicious breakfast at Golden Roof; try a quick Korean meal at Gaji's Restaurant before heading to Chandan Shree Restaurant for authentic Rajasthani lunch. After roaming around the market, visit Kuku Coffee Shop to relax while having a perfect cup of coffee and a mesmerising sunset view. End the day with simple dinner listening to some local tunes being performed live at The Trio. In addition, there are some beautiful rooftop restaurants like Golden Roof and Palace View Restaurant that you might want to visit. I am sure you will leave Jaisalmer with a treasure of blissful food memories.
