The eatery is located in the Orsan Yacht Club Marina and is considered one of the top culinary haunts of Dubrovnik. There are some excellent Dalmatian specialties on the menu including black cuttlefish-ink risottos and octopus salads. The ‘Fresh Fish of the Day’ at Orsan is legendary and some of the best in town.
