How is it possible to say no to a gorgeous restaurant, which offers a seductive mix of French food, fine wines and views to match? The little French Bistro is tucked into a little alley in Dubrovnik’s Old Town. The in-house chef Gilles Camilleri has a reputation for serving some of the best plates of food in Dubrovnik. And it’s true! Everything from the freshly baked artisan breads and soups to the steaks and salads is exceptional, to say the least. We love the scallops, served with foie gras, truffles oil, and a nuanced port sauce. If you have a sweet tooth, you must try the chocolate fondant. It’s gooey in all the right places.
