According to weather reports, Delhi air quality has not been too good over the last few days, and the government also issued health warnings. But now, with rainfall being expected, Delhiites can also expect the air to clean up a little.
In areas across North, North Western, and North Central India, max temperatures will be lower than average, and minimum temperatures across India will be higher than average from Wednesday to Friday. Heavy snow and rain are expected over Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand on Thursday and Friday. On the other hand, Southern India will experience isolated rains too, thanks to the northeast monsoon, over the next five days. Tamil Nadu is also set to experience rain and thunderstorms from Friday to Sunday.
