It’s a great place for birdwatchers too, where people visit to spend some time amid nature. The park is also home to a number of trails, and has a fascinating ecosystem to boast of. Some of the famous ones here are the Shilonda Trail, Malad Trail Line, Kanheri/Upper Trail, Gaumukh Trail, Kashmira Trek and more.
However, as far as the common tales go, it’s haunted, especially at night, and locals claim to have witnessed paranormal activities and ghost sightings, further saying that a woman appears from nowhere at night and asks for a lift here!

So, if you like chasing ghost stories, visit this park which is more than just home to diverse species of wildlife. If you visit this park during nightfall, you might catch the guards saying a silent prayer and crossing over to the less dense areas of the park. If you ask them to share tales of their experience, they would tell you of their encounters with a lady ghost, who often tries to stop people driving around. They add that in case they do not stop, the lady ghost goes on to scare them chasing them.
