Railway massage service is set to become a reality if Indian Railways’ all-new plan works. According to the latest reports, Indian Railways has now announced massage services for passengers in trains. The Railway Ministry has made the service available in 39 trains, all of which deport from Indore. This proposal has been made by the Western Railway zone’s Ratlam division.
The massage service will fetch the railways a heap of revenue, while at the same time allow passengers to experience comfort. It has been estimated that the proposal will fetch INR 20 lakh in a year, while at the same time.
Currently, Malwa Express, Humsafar Express, Mahamana Express, and Shipra Express, to name a few, have been identified. The service should start within the next 15 days. We now have to wait and watch how successful this service will be. We can also expect more trains to get massage service in the coming months.
