Scarborough is one of Perth's nicest beaches; the sand is particularly white and soft, and the water curves gently while entering. It has a wind and kite surfing centre, so it is not all peace and quiet but the beach is long enough to fit all this comfortably. If you don't want to be bothered, find yourself a spot in the dunes.
