Kanak Vrindavan Garden

Located on the foothills of the Nahargarh Hills, Kanak Vrindavan Garden is an exotic green space in Jaipur. It is said that the name of this garden was coined by the famous Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh, around 280 years ago. Surprisingly, these enchanting gardens are often compared with those in Vrindavan where Lord Krisha once lived. There is also an idol of the lord in the Shri Govind Deoji complex of the garden. Separated into eight various sections, the garden’s main highlight is a fountain named 'Parikrama', which is beautifully carved out of a single marble slab. Moreover, visitors can also enjoy astounding views of the ‘Pink City’ along with other attractions such as the grand Amer Fort from here. The remarkable scenery has been used many times as a background for several India films.
