San Gorgonio Pass Wind Farm is covered with 3,500 windmills that generate electricity. Make sure you take a guide though: there’s a lot of interesting trivia about windmills and how the turbines work. You can also experience the bird’s eye view of the electricity-generating turbines while you ride in the city’s aerial tram.
