India has several captivating islands, each with its unique charm and significance. Some of these islands are out in the sea, and some formed by the rivers. Wherever they may be, they offer interesting experiences, a lot different from what we get in the mainland. What’s special about Indian islands is that, whether it's the vibrant marine life of the Andamans and Lakshadweep, or the traditional charm of river islands like Majuli and Munroe Islands, these islands provide travellers unique travel and cultural experiences.
