Banswara

Also known as 'City of Hundred Islands', there are several of them located on the Mahi River which flows through Banswara. Naturally, the presence of a youthful river and lakes makes Banswara apt to be visited and explored during monsoon. Tourists would love to visit the Mahi Dam site for a picnic, the many temple shrines and the lake banks when the rain gods are happy here.
