Take a road trip to this sweet summer spot. About 40 minutes away from Napier, head 2.4 km up Maraetotara Road. On the right, you’ll come to a parking area with a white archway. From here, you’ll need to head on foot down to the Maraetotara River, where there’s a 10 minute return walk to the beautiful 15 m high tiered waterfall and waterhole for you to enjoy.
