Chetan Das Bowri - It lies right in front of the road, just 3-4 km before Lohargal. There is a lovely 7 layered step-well which still gets filled with water in the monsoons (according to the locals.) It is well maintained and seems to have stood the test of time.
Kund - The water tank adjacent to the Sun temple at Lohargal is considered to be holy, and a dip is believed to absolve one of his sins. After winning the war of Kurukshetra, the Pandavas are said to have come to Lohargal. A spring emerges directly and fills the tank.
Here visitors can also find an old Sun Temple, built in the vicinity of the Kund dedicated to the Sun God.
There are also two old temples built in the hills and stairs have been built to go up. Lohargal is a pretty place to be in the monsoons, and is known to be a hill station for locals. There are temples nearby at Shakambari that are considered sacred.
