The uninitiated should know that the meditation cave at Kedarnath is a natural one, but is equipped with all the basic facilities like water, electricity supply and telephone. The guests are provided with meals as well. The cave is 5 m long and 3 m wide. Mangesh Ghildiyal, the District Magistrate, Rudraprayag, told TOI that the concerned authorities will promote the meditation cave on social media.
The online booking of the cave can be done through the official webpage of Garhwal Mandal Vikas Nigam.
