IRCTC has good news for all those who love to holiday in the hills. The announcement has come in the peak summer time, when everyone is seeking a respite from the hot sun in some way or another.
The package features a trip to Shimla and Manali for 6 nights and 7 days. The ‘Himachal Delight’ tour package has been designed to suit all those potential tourists living in Kolkata or nearby destinations.
The journey will start May 31 onwards from the Kolkata city airport, and tourists on-board will be flown to Chandigarh via air to make travel more convenient.
In Chandigarh, the tourists will be shown the Rock Garden, Rose Garden and other known places. After that, they will be accommodated in a hotel to spend the night and proceed for Himachal the next morning. Once the tour of Manali and Shimla is over, tourists will leave for the Delhi airport to board the flight to Kolkata airport.
Package cost
The tourists will be flown in the Economy Class; in Manali, tourists will be accommodated for 3 nights in a deluxe hotel and for 2 nights in Shimla. Breakfast and dinner are also included in this package. As for transportation, a 17-seater tempo traveller will be available for sightseeing purpose. A tour manager will be on duty to guide all the tourists throughout the trip. Travel insurance is also included in this package.
