The railways also stated that tourists will be offered pure vegetarian meals, whereas accommodation and refreshing facilities will be provided in dharmashalas or hotels. Further, since the train will begin operations during the Navratri festival, food served in the train will be cooked without onion and garlic. Also, fasting food will be made available and will include fruits, sabudana khichdi, potato chat, curd etc., the railways added.
