Goa Sunburn Fest 2016 is special, but it's not in Goa!

It's that time of year, yet again! The weather is cooler, the days shorter, your i-pod playlists is in dire need of an update, and the new season is calling once more for the biggest mass party of the year. Welcome to the term of Electronic Dance Music (EDM) festival 2016! Yes, it is time Goa Sunburn Fest.

Like always, the upcoming season of the Sunburn Festival will have a lot to tickle your grits. While, this popular festival is best known for its pickers and strummers, it’s been eclectic from the word-go.

Founded in 2006, Goa Sunburn Fest emerged as a taste-making annual showcase for music, entertainment, sports, food, shopping and lifestyle attracting lakhs of visitors over the years. Several international DJs and singing sensations have been plugging in and rocking out ever since the year of its inception. The fest has soared to dizzying heights, and, since 2016 is the 10th year of Sunburn, it’s going to be bigger and better than ever. And surprise, surprise, the fest is going to be hosted by the city that never sleeps – Mumbai - this time around! From camping options, to fan village, food courts, flea markets, chopper rides and after-hours parties, the expected happenings are going to be epic, to say the least. Going by our experience of the previous editions of Sunburn Fest, it will take a lot to top them, but we’re up to witness this year’s bonanza. After all, who knows, the best is yet to come, no?

Regardless of your age, place of origin and personal beliefs, the Sunburn Festival Celebration will live up to its utopian promise. So, music fans, brace yourself to get donned in the best and quirkiest , paint your body, crown your head with flowers, and join the masses to dance and sway with light spirits.
