Geitenboerderij Ridammerhoeve

Also known as the Goat Farm, this one is located right in the Amsterdam Forest. Quite an offbeat attraction, this one is great for anyone travelling with kids or for somebody who’s up to muddy their travelling boots. It is home to farm animals, including horses, pigs, chickens and cows. This farm lets visitors experience not only the way of life of animals but plants too, letting them have an insight on organic vegetables and herbs. One can buy fresh farm produce from the farm shop itself. Cheese-making workshops are also held on certain days. Special activities for children are also organized for educational purposes. Great place for anyone in for hours of farm life! The place is open all days of the week (10 AM onwards) except Tuesdays.
