If chasing mythical tales is one of your pursuits, a visit to the Gangeshwar Temple in Diu is a must. It is believed to have been built by the Pandavas who stayed here for quite some time when they were exiled. The sanctum here has five shivalingas, one built by each Pandava. The temple sits on the rocks right by the raging sea and you might have short waves coming right inside the temple. It is advisable not to visit it during high tide for it often gets submerged!
