If you thought that the Taj Mahal is the most favoured attraction in India, there is a big surprise in store. As per a recent survey conducted by TripAdvisor, Dharavi, the famous slum in Mumbai tops the list, beating the likes of Taj Mahal, Fatehpur Sikri and many others. Dharavi is the one of the largest slums in the world; it is spread over 200 ac and is one of the most densely populated areas in the country with 869565 people per square mile.
