According to Sadhu Brahmaviharidas, chief spokesperson of BAPS (Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha) internationally known for constructing Akshardham temples, Swaminarayan Sanstha will build and manage the temple.
The organisation will also incorporate reading halls, food court, visitors centre, book-store, gift shops and many other facilities inside the temple.

As per the plan, stones for the temple would be carved in India and will get assembled in the UAE.
“This temple will not be only unique in terms of architecture and splendour, but will also give a message of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ (the world is one) to people across the world,” Modi said while addressing the people.
Indian Ambassador to the UAE, Navdeep Singh Suri said, as of now, there are two Hindu temples and one gurudwara in Dubai, and after this temple, UAE will not just become the preserver of Hindu culture but will also give enough religious space to many to practice their religion, culture and language in UAE.
