Daroji Sloth Bear Sanctuary is a fun sanctuary for all

A unique wildlife sanctuary, the Daroji Sloth Bear Sanctuary is a great place to spot a sloth bear. Located close to Hampi, the Daroji Bear Sanctuary of Karnataka was started in October, 1994, and it has ever since played an immense role in protecting and preserving these bears.
The sanctuary is one of the best places to visit in Karnataka, which will let you get up, close, and personal with these adorable bears. You need to carry binoculars to spot these sloth bears, as some of them could be really far. The sanctuary has some other attractions as well, such as jackals, wild boards, mongoose, black-naped hares, and leopards, among others.
You will find most of these sloth bears hidden in the caves, and so there is a watch tower that serves as a good vantage point to spot these bears and other animals.

The best part about being here at this beautiful sanctuary is that it serves as a playground for these lovely sloth bears, so you can watch them play around, and hunting for food. It is an ideal place for a family vacation, as bears are especially interesting to kids.
Daroji Sloth Bear Sanctuary is open for visitors from 6 AM to 6 PM every day, and the entry fee is INR 50 for Indians, and INR 300 for foreigners. You will need almost 3 hours to explore the sanctuary, and access to the watch tower is free of cost for visitors.
