However, Netherlands have nailed it when it comes to lessening the number of criminals within its geographical boundaries. The result: its prisons are emptying out pretty fast.
Given the low incarceration rate in Netherlands, it could help the nation in encouraging tourist arrivals and thus, boost tourism.
Meanwhile, countries like the United States Of America, China and others can take a cue from the Dutch to empty out their prisons albeit for a good reason.
